Prices are in Ghana cedis and are the full price of the item. Delivery is shown separately at checkout, before you pay. The price that applies is the one on your order when you place it.

If a price on the site is an obvious mistake, we tell you and you choose: pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

An order that is paid online is accepted when the payment is confirmed. A pay on delivery order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone. Until then we may cancel it, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock.

An online order that is not paid within 30 minutes is cancelled and its items go back on sale. A pay on delivery order we cannot confirm within 48 hours is cancelled too.

You can pay with mobile money or card through Paystack, or pay the rider on delivery where we offer it. We only treat an order as paid when Paystack confirms it to us: a screenshot or a text message is not a payment.

Check the age on the box before you buy or give a toy. Small parts, balloons and magnets are not for children under 3. Scooters, skates and bikes need a helmet and an adult nearby. Water toys need an adult watching, every time.

These terms follow the laws of Ghana. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
