How delivery works
- When you order, tell us your area and how to find you: a landmark, a junction, the colour of the gate. A GhanaPost GPS address helps, and is optional.
- The rider calls the phone number on the order before arriving.
- Check the package when it arrives, before the rider leaves.
Pay on delivery
Where we offer it, we call you first to confirm the order. When it arrives you pay the rider with mobile money or cash. An order we cannot confirm by phone within 48 hours is cancelled.
Big boxes
Pools, ride-ons, play tables and other big boxes may need a car instead of a motorbike. If that changes the delivery time, we tell you before we send it.
