Privacy

• The name and phone number of the person receiving the order
• The delivery address: area, landmark, and a GhanaPost GPS address if you give one
• What you ordered, what it cost and how you paid
• Any note you write on the order

You can shop without an account. Your cart and your orders are tied to the phone or computer you used, through a cookie.

Your card number and your mobile money PIN. Payments are handled by Paystack, a licensed payment company. We only learn whether the payment succeeded, the amount and the channel (for example mobile money).

• Our own staff, to confirm, pack and deliver your order
• The rider or courier: your name, phone number and delivery address
• Paystack: what it needs to take the payment
• Meta: what the pixel records on the site (see Cookies below), never your name or number
• The authorities, only where the law requires it

Pop, our toy assistant, and the search answer with the help of an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic), which receives what you type to write the answer. We save your questions and Pop's answers for a year, to see what families look for and make the shop better. They are saved without your name: phone numbers and email addresses you type are blanked out first. Please do not type other private details.

If you choose to leave your name and WhatsApp number in Pop, we use them only to reply about the toys you asked for, and we delete them when you ask us to.

We call or message you about your order. We do not send marketing messages unless you asked for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

We use the cookies the shop needs to work: the one that remembers your cart and your orders. Your browser also keeps a random code so Pop can tell your questions apart from other people's and limit how many it answers in a day; it does not say who you are.

We also use the Meta pixel, from the company behind Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It tells Meta which pages and toys you looked at, what you added to your cart and when you sent an order on WhatsApp, so we can show our toys to the right people on Facebook and Instagram and see whether our posts and ads work. It uses Meta's cookies and does not send your name, phone number or address. You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Records of completed orders are kept for as long as tax law requires. Write to info@playpopgh.com.
